Block Party/Rummage Sale

When you sort through your treasures or hear a neighbor say that something nifty has got to go—think of Bethel! We need stuff to sell at the Block Party & Rummage Sale on Saturday September 11th: good stuff, clean stuff, stuff that people might want to buy!

Now, where to put that stuff? It would be great if you could hang on to it until AUGUST 21, when we have room to store stuff at Bethel in the Fellowship Hall. If you MUST get it out of your way before then, call the church, 503.285.4919 to arrange pick up.

Need help hauling that stuff around? John Keys and Marlo Edman to the rescue! John and Marlo will head up moving teams on Saturday Aug. 21. They could use some trucks and strong backs—call John to volunteer.

Want another job? We need folks to serve food, lead games, paint faces, and head up sale sections. Darin and Ben have already snagged Computers and Small Appliances; Holly is chief wrangler for Furniture. Clothes, Books, and Knick-Knack sections are still open!

You can always contact the church office to find out how to connect with the person you need. The office is staffed Tues, Thurs, and Fri 9 – 12 and Wed 2-5.
